Developers may ask for a jabber account by sending their account name and a password to the jabber server admin, reachable at [[mailto:mmazur@kernel.pl|mmazur@kernel.pl]].

Although a jabber account is in the form //accountname''''@pld-linux.org//, clients should connect to ''jabber.pld-linux.org'', not ''pld-linux.org''. Not all clients allow to manually specify the server's address, so developers are required to choose one, that has such ability (one of the most popular would be [[:Packages:Psi|Psi]]).
